You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to exchange a piece.

Keep the tag on

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original IMANUÉL tag still attached.

Showroom exchange

Exchanges take place in our showroom in Jal El Dib.

How exchange works

Brought the wrong size or colour? We are happy to exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

Please keep the product in its original condition with the tag still attached. Worn, washed, or damaged pieces cannot be exchanged.

All exchanges are handled in person at our Jal El Dib showroom. Bring your order confirmation and the piece you wish to exchange — our team will help you find the right fit.
