7 - day exchange

At Imanuel, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Please note that we currently offer exchanges only, not refunds.

Keep the tag on

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original IMANUÉL tag still attached.

Delivery exchange

To make an exchange, please contact us on Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us a clear photo of the original tag attached to the item so our team can verify its condition and assist you with the exchange process. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tag attached to be eligible for exchange.
