Les articles doivent être inutilisés, non lavés et retournés avec l'étiquette IMANUÉL d'origine toujours attachée.

Delivery exchange

To make an exchange, please contact us on Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us a clear photo of the original tag attached to the item so our team can verify its condition and assist you with the exchange process. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tag attached to be eligible for exchange.
