Vous disposez de 15 jours à compter de la date de réception de votre commande pour échanger un article.

Laissez l'étiquette

Les articles doivent être inutilisés, non lavés et retournés avec l'étiquette IMANUÉL d'origine toujours attachée.

Échange en salle d'exposition

Les échanges se font dans notre showroom à Jal El Dib.

Comment fonctionne l'échange

Brought the wrong size or colour? We are happy to exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

Please keep the product in its original condition with the tag still attached. Worn, washed, or damaged pieces cannot be exchanged.

All exchanges are handled in person at our Jal El Dib showroom. Bring your order confirmation and the piece you wish to exchange — our team will help you find the right fit.
